Fire Restoration

Beyond the damage caused by the actual flames, a fire can also cause extensive damage due to soot, smoke, and the water used to extinguish the fire.  Soot is oily and can easily stain carpets, draperies and other household textiles if not cleaned properly.  In addition, smoke and odor may remain in upholstered furniture, carpets and draperies unless they are properly deodorized before cleaning.  Carpets and floors may be quickly damaged beyond repair by mold and mildew if not properly dried.  For these reasons, it is important to hire a skilled professional fire restorer to assess the damage, clean, deodorize and rebuild your home.  BTN’s quick response time can prevent further damage.

Wind & Tree Damage Repair

High winds, electrical storms and fallen trees can cause massive destruction, including severe roof damage. BTN's emergency response team will work quickly to secure your home, then work with your insurance company to expedite the repair process.

Flood Damage Restoration

If not treated quickly, flood water can cause serious damage. Your home may appear dry, but water can be hidden below the surface - behind walls, under flooring, and inside cracks and crevices. This hidden water can cause mold and bacteria to grow, wood to rot, and floors to buckle. BTN's team will identify and remediate the effects of water, before additional damage can be done. We use state-of-the art equipment and expertise to detect hidden moisture and rapidly dry out your home.

Water Extraction

It sometimes happens, an unseen toilet leak, a failed sump pump, a disconnected hose from a washing machine.  All can lead to extensive inside wall and floor damage.  Traveling water may lead to other rooms and ceilings in the home or office as well. Without proper drying and extraction of moisture, mold can set in quickly. Our experienced tradesmen have the certification, experience, and equipment for extraction and drying.

Mold Mitigation

You may suspect hidden mold if a building smells moldy, but you cannot see the source, or if you know there has been water damage and residents are reporting health problems. Mold may be hidden in places such as the back side of dry wall, wallpaper, or paneling, the top side of ceiling tiles, the underside of carpets and pads, etc. Other possible locations of hidden mold include areas inside walls around pipes (with leaking or condensing pipes), the surface of walls behind furniture (where condensation forms), inside ductwork, and in roof materials above ceiling tiles (due to roof leaks or insufficient insulation). It is important to hire an experienced professional to investigate hidden mold problems, because the investigation may disturb potential sites of mold growth. For example, removal of wallpaper can lead to a massive release of spores if there is mold growing on the underside of the paper.

Pack-Outs and Pack-Ins

In the event of extensive damage to your residence, it may be necessary to move your belongings to a secure location during the restoration process.  BTN will facilitate this process, allowing for quicker rebuilding and protecting your belongings from further damage.  When the restoration is complete, we will assist you in moving your property back into your home.
