About the Owner, Lance Gavrilovic

BTN Restoration Group was founded by Lance Gavrilovic, an entrepreneur built on hard work, accountability, and putting the customer first. Born in California to parents who immigrated from Europe, Lance grew up around construction and small business—his father ran a construction company and set the foundation for a strong work ethic and hands-on problem solving.


After moving to Ohio at 13, Lance knew early that college wasn’t his path. Instead, he built his own opportunities—starting a power washing business, expanding into seasonal services like Christmas lighting, and later acquiring a truck washing business. Each step reinforced the same principle: show up, do the work right, and take care of the customer.


That mindset carries into BTN Restoration Group today. Lance believes in responding with urgency, communicating honestly, and being reliable no matter the conditions—rain, shine, or snow. His goal is simple: help people get their property—and their peace of mind—back to normal as quickly as possible.
