Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of experience do I need?
Experience in restoration, construction, or a hands-on field is helpful, but not always required. We’re primarily looking for people with a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to learn quickly.
What does a typical day look like?
No two days are the same. Some days involve demolition and setting up drying equipment, while others may include responding to emergency calls. The work is hands-on and can be fast-paced depending on the situation.
What does “on-call” mean?
During your scheduled on-call days (3 days per week), you must be available 24/7 to respond to emergency jobs. This is a key part of the role and where additional hours and earnings often come from.
What qualities make someone successful here?
Reliability, urgency, strong communication, and taking ownership of your work. We’re looking for people who show up, do things the right way, and want to improve.
How do I apply?
