Position Overview
We’re looking for a Lead Restoration Technician to take ownership of jobs in the field and play a key role in our emergency response team.
This role includes on-call responsibility (3 days per week) and hands-on work including demolition, mitigation, and equipment setup.
You’ll be relied on to step into jobs, take control of the work, and help move projects forward efficiently.
Responsibilities
The Lead Restoration Technician is responsible for the following:
Emergency Response (On-Call)
- Be available 24/7 during scheduled on-call days (3 days/week)
- Respond to water, fire, and storm damage calls
- Begin mitigation work quickly and effectively
Mitigation Work
- Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials
- Set up and monitor drying equipment
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
Job Ownership
- Take responsibility for completing work properly
- Keep jobs organized and moving forward
- Communicate issues as they arise
Customer Interaction
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Help explain the process in a clear, simple way
Documentation
- Take photos, moisture readings, and job notes
- Maintain accurate job records
Compensation & Schedule
- $23–$26/hour based on experience
- Overtime opportunities (especially during on-call shifts)
- On-call rotation: 3 days per week (24/7 availability during those days)
